Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year :)

Christmas is over and 2009 is on the doorstep.
Me and my boyfriend have moved in together in a house (lovely on at that) and we're holding a small new years party today. And when I say small I mean small. Only Lyz and my brother are coming, the rest that we invited couldn't come.
Gonna post some pics of the house when I get around to it :)

In other news: My hunter is still exploring the lovely northrend and is now lvl 77 (almost 78), had to get rid of Hogger, he bugged out on me /sniffles.
Gonna get a new tanking pet a bit later, thinking about a gorilla.

Oh, and the 29th of december me and my b/f had been togther a whole year and I got a beautiful ring, white gold and diamonds (yes, REAL diamonds) ;) well happy about that :D <3

Anyway, need to hit the shower and stuff soon, so enjoy the evning and the new year everyone. All the best to you and your kin.

The Wrath of Arthas!

WotLK is out and guess what?! It's awesome! I love it! There is so much lore to be explored, Arthas (the lich King), Tirion Fordring (the new Ashbringer) , Alexandros Morgraine (the old Ashbringer) and his son Commander Morgraine (the corrupted Ashbringer) who ended up working for the lich King for a while.
As it was released and the servers where up, there were so many on their way to Northrend that I decided to make a Death Knight to pass some time. And I didn't regret it. It was so much fnun going around and being evil, even if it was only for a short time. /sigh. But that came to an end as well, altgough in the best possible way. So much lore in one scene. <3 *luv luv*

Anyway, my hunter made it to Northrend the next day, and it was a bit easier to do the starting quests now that people was done with most of them. I started out in Howling Fjords, it looks fantastic. I don't think Blizzard has ever put so much effort into scenery before. The landscape is just wonderful. Can't wait to see the rest.

Hit 71 last night. :) Tried to tame a pet, but people killed it before it was mine so I couldn't do it before I had to go to work. *grumble*
But I did manage it when I get home from work at stupid-o'clock in the morning. With a little healing help from a friend of mine :) So I'm now the proud owner of Hozzer, a beautiful polar bear.

Back to WoW now...

Ashamed...

I know I promised to write the day after the meeting, but it completely slipped my mind. I do appologize.

The meeting wasn't as bad as I expected though, so nothing had to change on my part. Although I have decided to put some more effort into my status as officer, to do my part in trying to get Loki back on it's feet. :)

When it comes to real life and me moving, going to call a few people today about renting a place. So we'll see what comes out of that.

Back to WoW, WotLK is closing in and i've finally got my fishing up to a decent skill, I can now fish in outlands. My cooking is up to 372/375 now, so not far left to go.
Trying to get some darkmoon fair tickets, so i can get more vanity pets on my hunter. Need 7 more to get the achivement for 50 pets. /sigh

That's all for today (maybe)

It's been aaaages!

It truly has. Been very busy with work as of late. Much more work to do now that I'm a fully certified traindriver. Working loads of night and early mornings, this morning for instance I was up at 4 am >.< Too early for me really, but it pays :)

In other news... Bah, nvm. It might change what I was about to write after the officer meeting on teamspeak tonight... Can't say I look forward to it...

Oh, I do have other news, I'm moving again. Just need to find a new flat... Hate looking for places to live.

Will write some more tomorrow, I promise!

Back to work.

Unfortunatly the 3 weeks of holidays i had are now over, and work is taking over again... Heavily. Lots of things going on at work now, as well as in my real life and in game life. Hardly find the time to do stuff.

More will be written later, but this is all i got time for now.

SCREAM FOR ME OSLO!

Last night must have been one of the best ones in my life, and the number 1 best start on my sommer holidays! You see... Iron Maiden came to Oslo, Norway, and my boyfriend got us tickets <3 It was absolutely amazing, the Somewhere Back In Time (world) tour was just consisting of old and known hits such as: The Trooper, Fear of the dark, Number of the beast, Run to the hills, The Albatros and of course: Can I play with madness :) (Loads more ofc)
Bruce the almighty ( :P ) entertainer put up a hell of a show talking about the constuctionworker just outside the stadium, to everyones amusement. :)
Hadto get myself some t-shirts of course, one of the tour cd itself and one with the title: Number of the beast. Except the second t-shirt ended up as a night gown. Most t-shirts are in male sizes, so I have to get a small one to make it fit somewhat alright, but the stupid woman gave me a XL t-shirt after i had asked 4 times for a small one... Oh well.
Bought some posters as well, Somewhere in time and The Trooper. I just love Maiden and Ed (the biggest rockstar in the world, which is quite amazing as he can't sing or play an instrument.)

The warmup bands: Lauren Harris (not that great but meh...) and Avenged Sevenfold (love em).

So a big thanks to: Bruce Dickinson, Steve Harris, Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, Janick Gers and last but not least Nicko McBrain for putting up one hell of a show for over 30.000 fans (over 50.000 total with Trondheim and Oslo) and for me! :D

Work work work.

Been a long time since I wrote now, but to be honest there has been nothing to write about. It's been work work and more work.
Just one and a half week left till my summer holidays though, can't wait :D

Also trying to come up with a good story for my blood elf rogue (Eldolliel) on the Moonglade (rp server). But so far i'm stuck. Whish I had the kind of brain my friend (Lyz) has, mine just works on vampire topics >.< Oh well, hopefully I'll find summat to write about soon enough.

Wings and Wheels :D

Now most of you will never ever have heard of something called Wings and Wheels, which is understandable since it's happening in the small parts of Norway, nevertheless it is worth attendning. It's a weekend when a lot of amcar enthusiasts gather to show off their cars. And as the name apllies there's more stuff on wheels and some on wings.
Two days of drinking, watching cars, great shows and very good music. The best part about the music was Dirty Deeds, some of you might know the name atleast since it's a famous AC/DC song, and they're a tribute/cover band for exactly AC/DC. The lead singer have even been on stage with AC/DC and sung togther with Brian Johnson. (and they sound so alike *amazed*)

Other than the music the Burn Out competition is the main event, and this year was no exeption. The smell of burnt tires hung over the air for a good hour. One guy even set his tires on fire, and of course he won ^^

Pictures and a short video will hopefully be up later.

Lovely parents <3

Don't you just love it when your parents do something unexpetced that doesn't involve you having to do anything you don't want to? Admitedly I don't live at my folks anymore so that's not really an issue anymore, but my mom never stops to amaze me. Here the other day she rang me (that in itself is quite extraordinary since she hasn't phoned me since i moved in december), and had some terrific news; she had a car for me (/gasp)! Her uncles Toyota Corolla. And I love those cars. OK it's fairly old, but it runs like a dream and there's nothing wrong with it. :) Can't wait till I get to pick it up.

A piercing addiction!

And I mean that literally. As of today I have 11 piercings from the neck and up (don't have any piercings from the neck down though), 8 in my ears (3 in one, 5 in the other), 1 in my lower lip, 1 in my tongue and the last one in my left eyebrow.

It's strangly addicting these few moments of pain, and I bet this isn't going to be my last piercing either. Sort of like with my tattoo, that one is just the first of many.

The day after

Don't you just hate it when you wake up early after a late night out? Got home about 2.30 am this morning (which admitedly isn't that late, but i got up 4.30 the previous morning, and had just a few hours sleep after i got off work.) and woke up at around 10 am by someone calling my boyfriend. Thankfully i was able to fall asleep again or else i'd been absolutely shattered for the rest of the day.
But all in all it was a fun night, with some good drinks as well.

Need to spend some hours cleaning and making the flat look nice, tired of clothes on every spot of the floor >.<

Tattoo

I finally got my first tattoo yesterday. Was lucky and got an apointment on the day, and it turned out great.

The coloring was quite comfortable actually, but the outline was somewhat painful in some places. But it is as they say: "It's all about the pain, the jewelry and ink are just souveniers."

Payday

It's finally payday, and i'm gonna put the money to good use. First up is a new piercing, then order a tatoo (can't wait).
Also going to spend some of it on a drumset for my boyfriend. Can't wait to see his face when he gets it. ^^
Might go buy myself some clothes as well, maybe shoes. You know women, there's always room for more clothes.

Speaking of pay and work, can't wait for this weekend to be over. Starting work tonight at 22.53 and get off at 06.10. Then it's home to get some sleep. On satuday i start work at 06.44. Now that wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that i don't own a car. So i have to show up at 06.00 (that's when the train arrives), which in turn causes me to have to be up at 04.15 on a freaking saturday! (slightly upset)

Here we go.

Right, a blog. Everyone seems to be blogging these days so why not try? At least that's what i thought. We'll have to see how far i can take this.
